CMC provides a Class 1, Division 1 Explosion Proof Laboratory for customers to test their products on our line of process equipment. The lab has been set up with horizontal mills, batch mills, mixers and dispersers, to cover a wide range of applications.
With batch capability from 1 gallon to 200 gallons, our lab can demonstrate viability of a process and/or evaluate formulations, and establish optimal process parameters for potential scale-up.
To help compliment our lab, CMC offers a full range of analytical equipment to evaluate samples in real time and provide instantaneous feedback on testing.
